All orders are shipped same business day when ordered by 2:00 pm Pacific Time. All in stock items will be DELIVERED within 3-5 business days when the UPS Ground or FREE shipping (over $100) option is chosen. We ship from Bellflower, California.

We go even further for you. 99% of the time if you place an order by 4:00 pm PST (7:00 pm Eastern) we still get your order out that same business day, but it is not guaranteed. Please call if you have any questions/requests (562) 925-7787

There are no weight limits on Free Ground Shipping. All ground shipments over $100 are shipped FREE of charge, no matter what.

APO/FPO

We ship to APO/FPO addresses via the United States Postal Service Priority Mail at no additional charge. Estimated delivery time is 2 to 4 weeks. Please call (562) 925-7787 to place your APO/FPO order.

We only ship to the 50 United States

Due to manufacturer restrictions, we cannot ship outside of the United States. We cannot ship internationally to Canada, Mexico, Puerto Rico or any other address outside of the United States.

Shipping to a PO Box:
We are unable ship to a PO Box, all orders must have a physical address as the shipping address.

Sales Tax:
We are located in Anaheim, California. Orders shipped to addresses in California will be charged sales tax of 8.75%

Returns and Exchanges
Returns and Exchanges require a Return Authorization Number which can be easily attained by E-Mailing us. Click Here All shipping charges on returns/exchanges must be paid by the customer. We recommend insuring your package. Please write your order number on the outside of your package.

Time Frame
You have 30 days from the purchase date to return or exchange your new and unused product.

Conditions
Returned items must be unused, brand new and the packaging in new condition, with all mfg. tags attached.
• Bats must be in original plastic shrink wrapping. Bats no longer in plastic shrink wrap will be refused returned via freight collect.
• Batting Gloves and Equipment Bags must be unused and still in original packaging.
• Hats must be clean and not worn.
• Footwear must not be worn.
Custom and/or Special Order items may not be returned.


"Free Shipping" assumes you are going to keep your item(s). If your item is returned, shipping expenses we incurred will be deducted from your refund.

Warranty replacement bats are not returnable or exchangeable to Cheapbats.com

Warranty replacement bats will be refused and returned via freight collect.

Price Adjustments

The price paid at the time of your purchase is the final price. Price adjustments are not given once you have made your purchase.

Restock Fee
No restocking fee on exchanges. Returns for credit may incur a 10% restocking fee.

Packages not accepted for return/exchange because they were not within the above stated return policy will be charged return shipping charges.
